I purchased a number of minis from here to use for an ongoing campaign I'm running for some clients. As a professional DM with Lyres for Hire, I need a wide variety of weird creatures and set dressing for my sessions, and I don't always have time to paint them myself. Magic Mini Man really came through with some products I needed last minute. The shipping was very fast, and all the minis came well packaged.

If I had one complaint (and this isn't directed at MMM), it'd be that sometimes the pictures don't always adequately represent the level of detail on the figures. For some Pathfinder figures, for example, the advertised picture is far more detailed than the final figure. If you don't know what you're getting into with pre-painted minis, this might be disappointing to new buyers.
